Transformative Therapy Invites the Mind & Body
My approach is informed by attachment theory, somatic healing, mindfulness and neuroscience. Where we go will depend on your unique needs and goals.
Reconnect with your true self
Making the decision to start therapy is an act of courage. I believe in your inherent worth and your innate ability to move toward health and wholeness. I see my role as a partner in uncovering and uprooting the barriers to your natural growth. My therapeutic approach is holistic and relationship-oriented. I provide an environment of openness, curiosity, and safety to allow exploration of anything you bring into therapy. I deeply respect your individual change process and believe that lasting change requires time and care.
Anxiety Therapy
Like all emotions, anxiety is wise. It is an evolutionary adaption to help us detect danger and survive. We need anxiety to keep us alive.
However, sometimes anxiety becomes a state of being and interferes with our daily functioning. You might know in your head that there is no threat in your environment, but your body says otherwise through tension, stomach aches, sweating or difficulty breathing. If your system gets completely overwhelmed, you might experience panic attacks. I can help you identify the root of your anxiety and help you resource yourself to find safety and peace within.
Relationship Therapy
The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our relationships. We are social beings that are wired for connection and love.
Relationships are places where we can find meaning and joy, but they are also places where we can experience hurt and betrayal. This is a fact of living. None of us can do relationships perfectly, but with self-understanding and intention we can experience deep, satisfying connections. If you want more from your relationships or find yourself in painful relationship patterns I can help you identify beliefs and templates that are holding you back from meaningful connection.
Personal Growth Therapy
Do you want something more? Do you feel like you’re playing life safe? Fear, judgment, shame and low self-esteem can cause us to turn our backs on our most deepest desires.
In a fast-paced, digital world it’s easy to fall into comparison traps and overwhelm. The world stands to benefit from your unique gifts. With gentle curiosity and mindful awareness we can unearth your true, authentic self.

Mindful & somatic therapy is depth-oriented. We may talk less than traditional talk-therapy, focusing on the unconscious to lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself and how you show up in the world. If you have been dissatisfied with traditional talk therapy, mindful & somatic therapy might be for you.

Our initial consultation allows us to determine if we would be a good fit for each other. Here I will learn about what isn’t working in your life and the reason why you’re seeking therapy at this time. I also like to learn what is working. We look at the whole picture. If we decide to work together, we will shape a plan of treatment and get your first session booked.
